Visiting this website
We use no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our server keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for up to 14 days for security, then deletes them. Fonts are hosted by us; no third-party requests are made on this site.
Buying a product
Checkout runs on our shop at shop.zabskilabs.ch. Card and payment details are entered into fields provided by Stripe and go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We receive your name, email, country and order details from Stripe in order to deliver your purchase and provide support. See Stripe’s privacy policy. Stripe may process data outside Switzerland and the EU under appropriate safeguards.
Emails
Your download link is emailed through Resend (resend.com). We don’t send marketing email unless you’ve opted in.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires (generally ten years in Switzerland). Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to us. You may also complain to the Swiss FDPIC or your local data protection authority.
