Seller
The seller is the person named in the imprint, also for products created by the authors named on their checkout page. We sell those products under agreements with their authors. TODO: keep this sentence only if you sell for creators
What you buy
Digital products (files such as PDFs, spreadsheets or templates) for your own personal use. You may not resell, share or publish them.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page. Any applicable taxes are added and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Delivery
Right after payment you’re taken to a download page, and we email you the same link. Links stay active for 30 days.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Because the files are delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery begins straight away and that any statutory right of withdrawal ends once the download is available to you. If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, write to us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you in full. TODO: adjust to your policy
Liability
Our products share knowledge and methods; results depend on how you apply them. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. TODO: confirm
